Victor is a fortified wine named after our son Victor Georg. The wine is made using the port method, where fermentation is stopped with fine grape brandy. The wine is produced with 100% Golubok (a hybrid - a cross between Cabernet Franc and Henri Bouschet).
Intense aroma of cherries, cream, butter, roasted almonds and sherry notes. Deep Oloroso red with great intensity. The wine hangs long and beautiful in the glass. And you sense a wine that can hold its own, with hints of both port and sherry, yet keeping its Nordic character. Victor 2022 has aged in barrels in 22 months, including in 10-year-old Olorosso sherry casks. We produce max. 100 liters per year.
The grapes come from vines from 2009. All grapes are grown organically. No additives other than sulphites are added to the wine.

Victor er en hedvin opkaldt efter vores søn Victor Georg. Vinen laves efter portvinsmetoden, hvor fermentering stoppes med fin druebrandy. Vinen produceres med 100% Golubok (en hybrid - en krydsning mellem Cabernet Franc og Henri Bouschet).
Intens aroma af kirsebær, fløde, smør, ristede mandler og sherrynoter. Dyb Oloroso rød med stor intensitet. Vinen hænger længe og smukt i glasset. Og man fornemmer en vin, der kan stå på egne ben, med antydninger af både portvin og sherry, men samtidig bevarer sin nordiske karakter. Victor 2022 har lagret på fade i 2 år, herunder i 10 år gamle Oloroso sherryfade. Vi producerer maks. 100 liter om året.
Druerne kommer fra vinplanter fra 2009. Alle druer dyrkes økologisk. Ingen tilsætningsstoffer udover sulfitter tilsættes vinen.
