At Stokkebye, every wine is made with passion and love and in accordance with modern, organic principles. This means hand-made wines. Most of what happens in the field today is done the same way as it has been done for centuries, such as harvesting by hand. And we enjoy personally keeping a close watch on our vines to ensure they are thriving.

The Stokkebye vineyard is rich in chalk and minerals; producing white wines with a mineral and tight expression and a hint of elderflower notes.

All wines are produced according to sustainable, organic principles and are named after our children; Liva, Victor Georg and Stella Mary.
