Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our Site.

Transactions
The conditions below apply to transactions made through the website.
Purchase of wine
Purchase of wine with an ABV above 1,2% is only allowed for persons above 16 years of age and wine and liquer with an ABV above 16,5% above is only for persons above 18 years of age. By completing an order the customer confirms that they comply with the minimum age rules for purchase of wine. Furthermore, wine and liquer can only be shipped to EU countries due to customs duty.
Payment
At ByStokkebye you can pay only by payment card. We accept the following payment cards:

There is no surcharge on payment by card.
The data you supply upon purchasing by payment card is encrypted (SSL). The data can only be read by PBS. Neither our webshop nor others are enabled to read the data.
We will not charge your account until your order is dispatched from the shop.
We cannot charge you more than the amount approved by you upon purchase.
Delivery
All parcels are shipped through GLS.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on which country you are in. There is a cost on every ordrer, and the cost is paid by the customer. You can always see the shipping cost when viewing the purchase basket.
Please be aware that you as a customer will be responsible of paying any taxes or fees related to importing alcohol into your country.
Right of cancellation
We offer no returns on purchases of caviar.
You have 30 days full right of return and exchange on all other purchases, counting from the day you received your order. The right of return is subject to the product being returned in the same condition you received it in.
When returning a product you must enclose a return form.
We will refund your purchase the same day as we receive your return parcel, as soon as we have checked whether the returned goods meet the conditions for return.
If you regret your purchase or wish to exchange a product, you must cover the shipping charges on all returns and exchanges.
