Stella MARY is a sparkling wine named after our youngest daughter Stella MARY. The wine is produced according to the Traditional Method. Minimum time aging on lees is 12 months. Stella MARY is produced with 100% Pinot Noir. It’s a brut nature, hence zero dosage.
Stella MARY has fine small bubbles and a fresh aroma of sun-ripened strawberries and caprifolium. The flavor has a nice character of red cherries, flowers, a hint of liquorice and caramel in the finish.
The wine is fermented and maturated 50% in oak barrels and 50% in steel tanks.
The grapes come from vines from 2015. All grapes are organically grown. No additives other than sulphites are added to the wine.
