The white wine Frank 2022

Frank is a white wine named after the Stokkebye family’s second labrador Frank. The wine is produced with Solaris. Frank is a light fresh wine with delicate flavors of citrus, green apples and elderflower. The wine has a lot of minerality and is well balanced with great acidity. The wine finish is soft and elegant.
Frank 2022 is fermented and maturated 50% in oak barrels and 50% in steel tanks.

The white wine Liva 2022

Liva is a white wine named after the family’s oldest daughter. The wine is produced with Solaris, including 5-7% noble rot (Botrytis) infected grapes. The grapes come from the oldest vines planted in 2009. The wine is fermented and maturated 100% in oak barrels. Liva 2022 is spontaneously fermented, hence no yeast added, and unfiltered.

A white wine which shows flavor of elderflower, honey and ripe prune plums. The acidity and sweetness of the wine are perfectly balanced by the herbaceous palate. The aging in oak barrels promotes a soft and round aftertaste.

The Botrytis wine Sweet Liva 2021

Sweet Liva is a Botrytis wine named after the family’s oldest daughter. The wine is produced with late harvested, noble rot infected Solaris-grapes.

Ripe Mirabelle plums, orange peel, and citrus notes. Clean on the palate. Notes of newly spun honey, noble rot and wood. Well balanced sweetness and acidity.

Sweet Liva is fermented and maturated for 2 years in new oak barrel. Total production is only 220 bottles.
