Led by founders Helle and Jacob Stokkebye, each tour is a fun, interactive experience, perfect for wine enthusiasts and novices alike.
The Stokkebye Vineyard tour & wine tasting will first start out with a tour through the vineyards, where you will experience a true Danish vineyard and learn exactly how grapes are grown and how they eventually become wine.
Experience the passion and dedication of the co-founder Helle Stokkebye, on a fun filled, information packed vineyard tour. Not only will you learn about the establishment of the vineyard, but you will also see how Pinot Noir is grown after organic principles and the highest quality standards. We will finish our vineyard tour, of course with a wine tasting in the winery, where Jacob Stokkebye will take you through the tasting of four different wines along with some good bread. In the summer and if the weather allows it the tasting will be held in the vineyard.

Vineyard tour & Deluxe caviar and wine tasting
Come on a fun filled, information packed vineyard tour at Stokkebye vineyard and the winery, which was built in the old barn from 1931. Here you will be introduced to how the grapes are grown and the wine is produced according to organic principles and the highest quality standards. It is seasoned with the story of the journey from being Jacob Stokkebye's boyhood dream; about standing with your own wine in hand, to one of Denmark's largest wineries. You taste four of Stokkebye’s wines in addition to Baerii and Osietra caviar, which By Stokkebye sells itself. Be introduced to the wonderful world of caviar and how to select caviar and best enjoy the small, exclusive eggs. Jacob Stokkebye himself is responsible for the caviar story and has more than 30 years of experience in the caviar trade.
